△ Issues stay outside: Personal and professional issues stay outside the Dojo or class
△ Beginner’s Mindset: Willing to learn and improve the fundamentals
△ Corrections: Be open-minded for corrections by the teacher and more experienced students
△ Ego stays outside: Ego/ competitive attitude stays outside the Dojo or class
△ Showing off: Personal growth is welcome, showing off is not
△ Focus: Be focused during class and follow the instructions of the teacher
△ Effort: Put physical effort into your training
△ Attendance: When signed up, attendance is expected the entire training time during Seminars and Training Camps (unless specified)

Communication Requirements
△ Training Schedule: Inform the teacher about your training schedule
△ Cancellations: In case of cancellations, inform the teacher ahead of time
△ Personal needs: Communicate your needs directly with your training partner
△ Conflicts: Resolve conflicts at the moment or after the class (not weeks or months later)
△ Communication styles: Do not take it personal when fellow students have another communication style than you
△ Interruptions: Do not interrupt the teacher or a fellow student when speaking
△ Questions: Be encouraged to ask questions during class to understand the taught content
